Support Tags in Asset API

      The Magnolia Assets API does not support retrieving tags. This leaves a gap.
      We promote the use of tagging in the DAM via the Content Tags module and the Image Recognition Module but cannot access these tags for display or filtering in the DAM App Chooser dialog because it uses the Assets API and not the JCR API.
