This improvement is (part of) the second use case that we want to cover with the "Bulk actions for multiple assets" epic MGNLDAM-1007
As an author, I want to be able select multiple assets at the same time so to unpublish with one click, in order to speed up my publication workflow

From the Assets App, Unpublish recursively works for 1 folder at a time now, we want to be able to unpublish recursively also for:
- Only selected items within the folder
- Multiple folders and their sub-items
- Selected items in different folders
- Ensure it doesn't affect 4-eye workflow (it will be tackled as a follow-up)
Out of Scope
- Unpublish action is not in the Assets Chooser
