Chooser dialog (functional) allows multi assets upload

      As an author, I want to be able to upload multiple assets via drag&drop to a chooser dialog, so that I can upload multiple assets quickly 

       

      ACs

      • Combine the `Upload Asset` with the `Upload Multiple Assets` actions in the action bar. Title of the action: Upload Assets
      • The single asset will follow the multiple assets upload (does not open detailed view) in order to allow consistency of behaviour between single and multi uploads 
      • Dialog upon uploading assets the dialog shows up (behaviour to follow the current Magnolia's notification component)
      • Define drag and drop area
      • When multiple files with the same name are added, we append an index, e.g: asset (1).png in order to avoid collision
      • Text is there but not yet styled e.g. "No files selected...", "Max upload size"
