UI improvements to the chooser's left-hand area

• No files selected..." text:
  • Make the text a little bigger (14pt) and lighter in color – dark-grey-hover (#656565)
  • Position: Centre the text in the grid or if difficult, perhaps move it to the footer
• Size: make the height of the assets upload dialog a little smaller. It looks quite tall in relation to the original design mockup which is wider and less "squary". Also, unless the user adds many assets at once if feels like a waste of space.

• Spacing: decrease the space between the icon and the asset name (8pt)
• Size: Make the icons at the end of the row (warning and trash) be a little smaller than the asset icon
  • Something like 32pt for asset icon and 24pt for others

• Style: update the colour of hovering states to be more contrasting. Light grey (#F5F5F5) for row hovering and white or mid grey (#DBDBDB) for deleting button
