Currently, the default zoom is "Zoom to actual size". I've received feedback from several parties that the default zoom should rather be "Zoom to fit".

So I'd like to:

• change the order of the zoom actions: "Zoom to fit" should be first, "Zoom to actual size" second.
• make "Zoom to fit" the default zoom used
