Zip upload without extraction fails on resolving mimetype at Windows

      There are use cases you want a zip file to take place at DAM. For that one can use an uploadAsset action which however fails to determine its mime type at AssetUploadReceiver causing the upload to fail. The issue has been experienced only at Windows environments (tested with IE10).
