As an editor it is hard to find a specific asset (image) without knowing the exact name.
The possibility to actually show the image should be improved to make this easier.

• the thumbnail view has no hierarchy, thus is rather useless when working with huge amounts of images => should have hierarchy
• the flat list and the tree list don't show images, thus don't provide visual support to find the images => small thumbnails should be shown in the tree view (explorer style)
• the search box only helps when knowing the exact term => filters should be offered to reduce the amount of results (last 50 edited assets, most used assets, filesize > 10MB, ....)
