    Description

In case of a big db of images, switching dam app on thumbnail tab generates A LOT of requests to .imaging module. Those requests are so massive that CPU's reach very high levels of load, leading app container to collapse.

      See screenshots for more details.

      How to reproduce:

      • on Magnolia 5.3.x (tested on 5.3.2) or 5.4.1 load 200 images, 2000x3000px (quite large).
      • open asset app
      • switch to thubnail view
      • scroll down, slowly, to the bottom (see screenshots)

      How to quick fix (workaround)

      • disable thubmnail view, removing its node from configuration (see screenshots)
