In any DAM choose dialog the actions "upload" and "uploadAndEdit" are always visible.

If the user chooses a folder in DAM and clicks "uploadAndEdit", he can upload an asset, even if he has no rights to add to that folder. Upon saving the new asset he will receive an "Access denied "error".
"Upload" lets him upload an asset too and will then display the error message.

Instead "upload" and "uploadAndEdit" should be grey and not clickable, if the user has no rights to execute those actions.
