Add a better LinkControl migration task.
This linkControl migration has to be able to set custom app name and target workspace based on the tree and repository values.
Set:

• targetWorkspace to, the repository/tree property value if the corresponding workspace exist. Else set this value to 'data'
• appName to the concatenation of the targetWorkspace and 'App'
• Add warn log to inform the user to check the link field in case of doubt
