Inconsistency in type of permanent property

      Expected attribute value 'String' but was 'Boolean' - comparing <permanent sv:type="String"...> at /modules/ui_admincentral/config/appLauncherLayout/groups/data/permanent/@type to <permanent sv:type="Boolean"...> at /modules/ui_admincentral/config/appLauncherLayout/groups/data/permanent/@type

      This property is of type String on fresh install, but of type Boolean on update. Although it's harmless issue, we have to keep migration test green:
