Create a version of the Travel Demo in light modules.

Reasons:
Test that a realistic project can be done in light modules. That is: a "light project".
Demonstrate that a realistic project can be done in light modules.
Allow frontend developers to explore a realistic demo project.

To specify:
Should this be a separate project, or should it replace parts of the existing maven based travel demo.

If it replaces the current travel demo, what should be the boundary between the light module based travel demo, and the maven based enterprise modules that build on it? How should the existing model classes be handled?
