The active, cultural and offPath tour types do not work in preview-as-visitor. The Featured Tours component on the travel home page does not react to preview cookies. The component always displays Active tours regardless of what cookie box you check.

Don't bootstrap the active, cultural and offPath cookie options as traits. Remove the boostrap files from travel-demo-component-personalization. They just confuse the user. Leave the "any" bootstrap in place since it has an actual impact on the page when previewed.

The Preview app works as it is supposed to work. In our case it matches the only mgnl:ruleSet we have for the Featured tours component, which eventually reacts to a cookie tourType=any. That means that, whatever option you choose, no matter if cultural, active or offbeat you always get the Active featured tours which are sort of default in this case.
