User story:

As a visitor, I want to use the site in my language, so that I can understand the content and use the site effectively. When I change the site language, show me content that is available in that language.

Acceptance criteria:

• Everything in the travel demo is Multilingual and the Tourfinder should demonstrate multilingual in the context of an Angular SPA.
• Now that the v2 of the REST Delivery endpoint supports multi-language - update the Tour Finder to take advantage of these features and demonstrate them.
• If the site is switched to German - the tour finder should show all content in German.
