On public instance everything is there whilst on the author all pages, assets, tours and categories result unpublished.
This is confusing, especially for newbies, besides being plain wrong.

This makes the demo less usable for demonstration purposes.

Problems this causes:

• All status indicators are red.
• Publish action does not become available after an edit. Unless the parent is published first.
• When you edit a page - the status stays red. A good demo would be the status changing from green to yellow.

Remaining issues that cannot be solved by re-exporting

There are a couple of install tasks that modify content after bootstrapping:

• Tasks that change the order of tour pages
• Task that adds a mixing for variants to the main page

As a result the activation status of those pages will be yellow after a fresh install.
