Add an icon field to the Tour Categories app.
Add destination SVG icons to the DAM.
Add the proper icons to the Destinations in the Tour Categories app.
Update templatescripts to use these icons.

AND change the TourTypes to use this same technique instead of the "theme" based hack that has been used until now.
