      Demo users Peter and Tina have available action hotfix resources, but javax.jcr.AccessDeniedException: Access denied is thrown when they are trying hotfix resources.
      Action "hotfix resources" should not be available for groups "travel-demo-publishers" and "travel-demo-tour-editors".
