Description
There seems to be an issue with the Firefox browser only:
Uploading documents containing special characters in the filename to the dms fails to create the property nodes. Here are the steps to recreate the issue:
- Create a file locally that has special characters. In this case I will use an image. For example: magnolia-logo-äüö.png
- Upload the new file using the "New Document" button. (Opens the Magnolia Edit Dialog)
- Click "Save"
- Double click the file and reopen the Magnolia Edit Dialog
- Notice that you do not see a preview of your image (see screen shot)
- Switch the JCR Browser (Website) in Tools to point to the dms
- Browse to the node and notice it does not have any properties
