License is empty, pddescriptor.xml contains variables

      The magnolia-module-enterprise-5.4.3.jar module contains a pddescriptor.xml with variables instead of the actual values.
      This causes the info.magnolia.license.LicenseUtil#getMagnoliaVersion call to fail, because the VersionNumber is $magnoliaNiceVersion.
      And that causes the RegistrationFilter to use the Magnolia 4 public key to validate the license and to return the License is empty error message.
