We currently show license data in the "About Magnolia" app, but we do not show it's status. This is misleading and confusing, especially in problem cases, since it looks as if a license is still ok, when it's actually not.
We want to show if an instance is running under a valid product or demo license, if that license is still valid or about to expire. And we certainly want to clearly indicate in the "About Magnolia" app, if the license has actually already expired.
There's a UI design that shows how we can indicate the license status in the About app.
