Clean command follows redirects and evaluates status code of the final location. It causes problem when old url(which is not available on other pages -> can't be found by crawler) redirects to new location, such a url is not removed from solr index(when pages with status code 301 are configured to be removed), because the status code is 200 instead of 301.
