"Next Step Condition" naming & design improvements

      The "Condition" dialog needs some improvements, see attachment

      • the fields should be aligned as in every other dialog we ship.
      • add leading text or description to Condition field to explain how this works

      In addition, rename the paragraph to "Conditional Step". Instead of saying "New Next Step Criteria" please say "Add Conditional Step"
