info.magnolia.module.form.processors.SendConfirmationEmailProcessor is disabled by default. The processor doesn't send confirmation mails even if the Send confirmation checkbox is checked in form settings dialog. Users must manually create an enabled property under the processor and set its value to true.

This is a common cause of frustration. Users can't figure out why confirmation mails are not sent.

Enable the processor by default and bootstrap the property.
