Currently the enctype is hardcoded to multipart/form-data.

It's a blocker when someone would like to write the form that will logout the user,
because the multipartRequest is executed after the Logout filter.

So make the possibility to choose of default or multipart/form-data encryption.
The multipart will be set as the default one to allow to attach files.
