      Solving MGNLFORM-82 issue caused MGNLFORM-90. Therefor 1.2 branch of form module was crated and will be released as 1.2.3 without this fix. Trunk became 1.3.
      Workaround which can be used instead of MGNLFORM-82 is to exclude form from cache.
