Provide feature for users to claim "ownership" of a message, if they registered after the fact

      If a message was imported from a mailing list using m-m-forum-synchronizer, it's authorId is set to anonymous. If a user registers to the forum afterwards, they'll likely want to associate those messages with their account. Since m-m-forum-synchronizer kept track of the email address the message was imported from, we should be able to reconcile such messages and users.
