Automatically create roles when a new Forum is added. There is a property in the config which is true or false for that feature. The feature was already existing in "older versions" (running on magnolia 4.5.x and older) but in the current M5-version it is not implemented, yet.
The roles to create are:

• forum-$myNewForum-admin
• forum-$myNewForum-user
• forum-$myNewForum-moderator
  $myNewForum is the uppercase-string of the name (or shortname?) of the newly created forum
