I'd like to unify the wording of the actions and titles we use all over the Google Sitemaps app.

My guiding principles are:

• "Google Sitemaps" is a name and should be written as such (no spaces and properly capitalize)
• other than that, we talk of "site map"s (as was mostly done), and not "sitemap"s.
• in general, we don't need that many "site map" mentions in actions.
• we talk about "entries" instead of "pages", since Google Sitemaps can also be about other things than pages. Google do so themselves: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/156184?hl=en
