Create a site map, publish the site map, this site map is not accessible from the public instance.

Sitemap are not stored with their name but with a incremental number:

/jcr:system[rep:system]
/rep:accesscontrol[rep:AccessControl]
/0[mgnl:siteMap] --> test
/00[mgnl:siteMap]--> titi

On public instance I can Access the site map by calling :
http://localhost:8080/magnolia-bundled-webapp-public/sitemaps/00
but nothing is shown.
