Use new icons from the updated icon font

      The Sitemaps app currently uses a generic icon. We've developed some dedicated icons for it, because it appears very prominently on every EE edition's Apps screen.

      Please use the new icons:

      • "sitemaps-app" for the app itself
      • "sitemaps" for a single sitemap
      • "add-sitemaps" for an action to add a new sitemap
