After MGNLHOOK-141, webhooks events in norsu can be listened from Publish/Unpublish actions. We need a more configurable approach, such as provide webhook based actions which can be chained to the main actions and complete webhook specific tasks by itself. The sample of this is comands in webhooks-event-jcr module.
