Detect cloud assets events (published/unpublished)

      While developing the changes needed for the ticket MGNLHOOK-242, oanh.thai detected that no events were being sent when an asset was published/unpublised on SaaS.

      So we decided to tackle it now after discussing it with jsimak , and created this ticket for that.

      Event detection must be done for:

      • S3
      • Norsu

      within the scope of this ticket.
