Some tests fail on MacOS + latest JDK/OpenJDK 8

      This was initially reported with MGNLIMG-219 but with upgrading to Java 11 these affected tests also started to fail on our Jenkins. E.g 

      java.lang.IllegalStateException: Can't find ImageWriter for jpeg
	at info.magnolia.imaging.DefaultImageStreamer.write(DefaultImageStreamer.java:89)
	at info.magnolia.imaging.AbstractImagingTest$SampleImageStreamer.write(AbstractImagingTest.java:266)
	at info.magnolia.imaging.AbstractImagingTest.write(AbstractImagingTest.java:132)
	at info.magnolia.imaging.util.ImageUtilTest.testJpegOddity(ImageUtilTest.java:191)
