In BUILD-1147 we found out that the library on which we rely for Webp support is maintained by a single developer in his free time. Although he does have tests, it would be nice to make sure nothing breaks when we include a newer version. Therefore, we would like to suggest adding at least one test that manipulates a Webp image.
