templates in separate workspace (freemarker)

      The freemarker templates can be overloaded by defining them in a separate workspace (similar to css in the layout workspace). The templates are extracted from the classpath into that workspace 1:1 and the templates can be edited in the workspace. The freemarker helper will load the template from the workspace if found there.
