I am having troubles bootstrapping the observation config file at /mgnl-bootstrap/observation/config.modules.observation.config.listenerConfigurations.versionTemplatesOnChange.xml when installing the module. Categorization and commenting modules do the same thing, that is bootstrap observation config if observation module is installed or registered, and they both succed, only inplace-templ seems to have troubles with that.
