Very soon a new contract will be out, this contract will let a partner to sell for a small price a license which wont let the user to upgrade Magnolia EE, the license will be perpetual.
Somehow we have to be able to block the users that use such license from upgrading (using temporally an evaluation license for instance, and then putting again their perpetual license), maybe within the license module or within Magnolia.
