      • mail not sent due to missing recipients when using template and data although the recipient is not missing
      • when sending data using only the key, e.g. foo instead of foo=bar an ArrayOutOfBounds exception is raised
      • if current user has no email address set we should output a nice warning instead of throwing an exception
