Remove redundant branches

      It seems that branches magnolia-4-5-migration-2.0.x and master are redundant after removing integration tests (MGNLMIGRATION-274).
      Please check with module owner if these branches can be really removed and set magnolia-4-5-migration-1.2.x branch back to master.
