Fix renaming issue

      Just before RC1, i renamed the newsletter module to newsletter-api (in the module descriptor). I stupidly forgot to update the code that used this.
      Not convinced newsletter-api is the best name either, but at least it's consistent with the maven artifacts, and (sort of) conveys the fact that the module on its own is useless. (it needs an impl.)
