Currently NeuralNetwork which was built for ranking resides under periscope-core module, however, as discussed with PM this feature should be under EE-PRO. Therefore we need to have a new module.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Make sure FindBar and Periscope still works with CE
• Create a new module and move only implementation class of the neural network to it but keep the interface in the periscope-core module
• Make sure ranking works with EE
