Currently our bundles include libraries for Android and IOS, however, those are not necessary and those libraries should only necessary for main environments such as Linux, Macos, and Windows. (Neural network will never run on Android or IOS as server).

Therefore those libraries should be excluded in the bom (if not including the particular ones)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Bundles do not contain IOS and Android related Dl4j libraries
• Periscope and Image recognition module should be updated accordingly

With this effort:
We've achieved to remove dependencies which were in total of 85 MB
