On startup magnolia.bootstrap.authorInstance property from magnolia.properties  is checked instead of /server/admin. So even if the customer has /server/admin to false in the configuration, the property checked is the one in the property files.

It leads to the attached error on startup (see magnolia-6.0-Stack-trace.txt )

In magnolia.properties it can be read:

# This is only used for the initial installation afterward the configuration in the config repository is used
# The value is saved in /server/admin
magnolia.bootstrap.authorInstance=true

Steps to reproduce (using magnolia 6 bundle):

• Install Magnolia: public and author instance.
• Change magnolia.bootstrap.authorInstance property from magnolia.properties to true.
• Restart and the error will come up.
