As a marketing manager, I can add and manage segments in a specialized Segmentation App so that I can map them to my market segmentation and re-use them across the entire system.

Creation of a Segmentation App:

• Basic content app
• Custom node type def.
• List view (structurable in folders)
• Details/edit view
  • Two tabs:
    • Basic: name / description of segment
    • Segmentation: custom dialog tab (more or less the same as current "Choose audience dialog")
