Follow-up from MGNLUI-4183. Prevent triggering button actions twice by double-click. It should not be possible to open the same dialog multiple times, for instance.

It's very easy to reproduce in demoauthor instance

To reproduce:

• Personas app -> Edit -> Traits -> Add
  Or
• Segments app -> Edit -> Traits tab -> Add
  Or
• Pages app -> Choose Audience -> Pick trait
  Or
• Preview as visitor app -> Button +
