Segment "Europe, Middle East & Africa" still references old country code "uk" and therefore shows up empty

      The isocode for the United Kingdom was adjusted in MGNLPN-205 but the samples module still bootstraps the wrong value uk (should be gb) resulting in a) a broken segment and b) an empty select box when editing the segment.
