Edit Button on Components Do Not Respond When Clicked a Second Time

      1) Open some page with components and try and edit this component.
      2) When the dialog for the component opens up, cancel the dialog
      3) Re-click the edit button – you will see that nothing happens when you click it a second time. No dialog appears.

      This issue happens on the 5.4.13 and 5.4.14 bundles that include Component Personalization. This does not occur on bundles sooner than 5.4.12, above 5.5 or bundles without Component Personalization.
