Persona with cookie trait crashes Preview As Visitor

      When using Preview As Visitor i can select a cookie value to preview with.
      When creating a persona with a preset cookie value, the preview view crashes showing me the attached stacktrace.

      This can be reproduced in the hosted travel demo environment.
