      Resolving country from persona:

      1. Value of country is "empty" if none is selected.
      2. PreviewFilter skips resolving of country from persona, because parameter is not empty or null.

      info.magnolia.p13n.geoip.CountryParameterConverter.toString(Object) should return null or empty String.
