Steps to reproduce

1. On the pages app, add one or multiple variant pages to a specific page.
2. Publish such variants
3. Use the "Delete all variants" action to remove all published variants
4. Publish the removal

Expected results

Variants are removed and page appears on the list as not having variants

Actual results

Variants are removed but the page still appears as having variants and keeps the mixin type. This can be seen on the attached page.
